Who we are. Tools to Thrive Today (“we”) runs toolstothrivetoday.com and related sites and shops (the “Site”). For any privacy question, email hello@toolstothrivetoday.com or write to us at 7406 Metropolitan Avenue, Middle Village, NY 11379, USA.
What we collect.
- What you give us: your name and email when you sign up, order, join our community, or contact us. Payments go directly to our payment processors, PayPal and Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- What is collected automatically through cookies and similar tools: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit, and how you interact with the Site (clicks and scrolling).
Why we use it. To deliver what you asked for, process orders, send the emails you signed up for (including tips, updates, and offers), answer your questions, keep the Site secure, and understand how to improve it.
Who helps us run the Site. We share information only with services that help us operate, and only for that purpose:
- Our email, forms, and checkout platform (GoHighLevel)
- PayPal and Stripe, for payments
- Google Analytics, to understand how the Site is used
- Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymized sessions (clicks, scrolling) so we can see where visitors get stuck
- Akismet (Automattic), to filter spam comments and form entries
- CookieYes, to manage your cookie choices
- YouTube, when you play a video we have embedded
- Cloudflare, for site performance and security
We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose it if the law requires, or to protect our rights.
Bundles, summits, and partner events. If you sign up for one of our products through someone else’s bundle or event, we receive your name and email from that sign-up and treat you as our subscriber for that product. The host does not give us your details for anything else.
Email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
Cookies. We use cookies to make the Site work and to understand how it is used. When you first visit the main Site, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings icon on the page, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may make parts of the Site work less well.
How long we keep it. For as long as you are subscribed, or as needed for orders, taxes, and legal reasons. After that we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@toolstothrivetoday.com. If you live in the UK or EU, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to withdraw consent and to complain to your local data protection authority. Our reasons for using your information are your consent, our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
International visitors. We are based in the United States, so your information may be stored and processed here.
Children. Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
Links to other sites. The Site may link to other websites, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Security. We use reputable platforms and reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
Changes. If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
