1. Who we are. These Terms apply to toolstothrivetoday.com and our related sites and shops (the “Site”), run by Tools to Thrive Today (“we,” “us”). 2. Not therapy or medical advice. Our journals, workbooks, courses, videos, and community are for education and personal growth. They are not therapy, counseling, medical, or legal advice, and using them does not create a professional relationship with us. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

3. Our products. Our products are digital and delivered automatically by download or link. They are for your personal use only. You may print them for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, or redistribute them, or present them as your own. Everything on the Site remains our copyright.

4. Payment. Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by PayPal and Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. You are responsible for any taxes or currency-conversion fees that apply where you live.

5. All sales are final. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If something goes wrong (you did not receive your access, or a file is damaged or will not open), email us at hello@toolstothrivetoday.com within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or, if we cannot, refund you.

If you live in the UK or EU: by buying, you ask for immediate access and understand that once access begins you lose the 14-day right to cancel, as the law allows.

6. Free products, bundles, and giveaways. If you get one of our products through a free offer, bundle, summit, or giveaway, these Terms apply to it just as if you had bought it. By signing up, you are also added to our email list for that product. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

7. Community. If you join our community, including Thrive Hive, please be kind and respectful. We may remove anyone who harasses others, spams, or shares harmful content.

8. No guarantees. We share tools that have helped us and others, but we cannot promise particular results. What you do with them is up to you.

9. Limits of liability. We provide the Site and our products “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product involved.

10. Changes and governing law. We may update these Terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
